Sending euro to another Wickie user is fast and free. You send it from your Primary Account, using the option To another user.
Before you start, make sure you have euro on your Primary Account.
Euro already on your Primary Account? Go straight to Step 2.
Euro on your Personal IBAN Account? Do Step 1 first.
Step 1 — move euro to your Primary Account
Open the app and click Payments.
Click Send money.
Choose Move money.
Choose the account to move from (Personal IBAN Account) and the account to move to (Primary Account), enter the amount and click Continue.
Check the details and click Confirm payment.
Your euro are on their way to your primary account.
Step 2 — send money to another Wickie user
Open the app, click Payments, then Send money.
Choose To another user.
Pick a saved draft, or add a new recipient by entering their phone number, @username, email or primary account number.
Choose the account to send from — your Primary Account.
Enter the amount and click Continue.
Write a transaction description and click Review the transfer.
Check the details, click Confirm payment and enter your 2FA code.
Done — the money arrives fast.
