The Primary Account is a euro account, but the best account to onramp and offramp Euro is your Personal IBAN Account at Wickie.
Sending money to other Wickie users
The primary account is mainly used to send money to other Wickie users.
Transfers between Wickie users are fast and completely free — there is no fee for sending or receiving. You only need the recipient's (registered phone number / Wickie @username / registered email / account number).

Adding and withdrawing euros
Your primary account can also be used to add euros to Wickie and to withdraw them.
This option is available ONLY for users who are located outside the EU and therefore cannot open a personal IBAN account at Wickie. If a personal IBAN account is available to you, your only option is using Personal IBAN Account — it is issued in your own name and is the main way to send and receive euros with banks outside Wickie.
Primary account or personal IBAN account?
Primary account — for moving money between Wickie users, free and fast. Also available for adding and withdrawing euro if you are located outside EU and cannot get a Personal IBAN Account.
Personal IBAN account — your own euro account details in your name, for sending and receiving euro with banks and other providers outside Wickie. This is our main account for everyday euro payments.
